Terms of payment
- All participants in Congress activities must be registered for ERUS 2010 (except Accompanying Persons Programme).
- All payments must be made in euro (EUR).
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
- Registrations to the Gala dinner as well as to the Accompanying Persons’ Programme tours will be cancelled if the ERUS’10 Congress Organizers have not received payment on 1 September 2010.
- Registration fees will apply according to the registration date.
- All fees mentioned are inclusive of 19,6% VAT and applicable taxes.
- Outstanding payments will be collected on site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time. A credit card and a signature could be required as a guarantee.
Cancellation and refund policy
- A refund (less € 30 for administration charges) will be given if a cancellation is made prior to 1 September 2010. After that date, all cancellations and no-shows will be nonrefundable. All eligible refunds will be issued after the Congress and no refund will be processed on site.
- There will be no refund for cancellations of accompanying persons fee unless the activity is cancelled by the organizers, whereupon a total refund is guaranteed.
- Participants are responsible for cancelling their accommodations and travel arrangements.
